Clum Creative aims to be completely transparent and CAN-SPAM compliant in our approach to data collection and marketing outreach. Here is a list of ways our team works to achieve this: 

– Every commercial email Clum Creative sends contains instructions for opting out, a valid physical business address, and full disclosure of intent to solicit. 

– All requests for removal of an email are urgently processed within 10 business days.

– Any bugs or delays in our opt-out process are taken seriously and thoroughly investigated.  

– Maintaining a dedicated landing page for removal of one or multiple emails from our database 

How does Clum Creative acquire data? 

Most of the data used for our marketing efforts is collected from the subscription-based service ZoomInfo. If you would like to remove your professional profile from their database you may do so on the page linked here. 

Additional sources used to acquire company and contact information include Linkedin, Sales Intel, and Rocket Reach. To request removal from these sources please visit the respective links provided here. 

Brands, domains, and subject matter. 

ClumCreative is parent to multiple brands that engage in email outreach and any opt out request will result in removal from the database of all affiliates (Empathy Films, The Animators, FirstYear, Judgement, ServiceStories, PrimaryCare, ProductVidz, BalanceSheet, and Kaizen).

All domains, subject lines, or copy used by Clum Creative and affiliated brands is in no way fraudulent or misleading. In the event that a contact or lead receives an email containing a reply (RE:) in the subject line without previous correspondence, it is likely the result of missing an initial email and never an attempt to deceive.
